Mission Statement

PhysAI combines physics-based modeling with AI-driven and reduced-order modeling to transform complex multiphysics simulations into real-time, computationally efficient solutions for embedded systems, digital twins, and model-based control systems.

About PhysAI LLC

PhysAI LLC is a pioneering company at the intersection of physics and artificial intelligence, dedicated to revolutionizing the deployment of complex multiphysics simulations in real-time applications. By harnessing the power of finite element modeling through COMSOL Multiphysics, PhysAI specializes in creating lightweight, reduced representations of intricate systems that can operate seamlessly on embedded systems or resource-constrained environments. This is achieved through advanced methodologies such as reduced-order modeling (ROM), which distills high-fidelity simulations into computationally efficient frameworks, and deep neural networks (DNNs), which leverage AI to approximate complex physical behaviors with remarkable accuracy and speed.

Our approach enables a transformative leap in computational efficiency without sacrificing precision, opening up a wide array of applications. These include model-based control systems, where real-time simulations guide dynamic decision-making; inverse problem solving, such as reconstructing material properties or boundary conditions from sparse data; and non-invasive imaging techniques, which can infer internal structures or states without physical intrusion. Beyond these, PhysAI’s solutions are well-suited for digital twins, enabling predictive maintenance and performance optimization in industries like aerospace, automotive, and energy, as well as for rapid design prototyping, where engineers can explore multiphysics interactions iteratively and cost-effectively.

PhysAI offers tailored consulting services to develop and deploy these lightweight representations, ensuring they are optimized for the specific needs of each client. Whether integrating with embedded hardware for edge computing or supporting cloud-based platforms for scalable analysis, our expertise empowers organizations to bridge the gap between high-fidelity simulations and practical, real-world implementation. Through this fusion of physics-based modeling and cutting-edge AI, PhysAI is redefining the boundaries of what’s possible in real-time multiphysics applications.
